We are experienced in treating all types of skin and ear problems.

Our dermatology department is led by an RCVS advanced practitioner in veterinary dermatology, who is supported by a dedicated dermatology nurse.

We deal with a variety of skin conditions

Investigation and management of pruritus, such as intradermal allergy testing and allergen-specific immunotherapy. We can also offer rush immunotherapy protocols to achieve an accelerated effective dosing level for selected cases.

Alopecia

Auto-immune skin diseases.

Endocrine skin diseases.

Keratinisation disorders.

Claw diseases.

Parasite and infectious skin diseases.

Ear clinics

Our dermatology team also offers ear clinics, which combine video otoscopy and advanced imaging with onsite CT and MRI scans.

Advanced imaging is often necessary to fully investigate cases of chronic otitis, and video otoscopy is invaluable for a detailed investigation, diagnosis and treatment of ear disease.

Investigations and treatments for our dermatology patients are typically performed on a same-day basis, wherever possible.
