Client care and marketing role
Client care including in house ongoing training with teams to help achieve and continue the high standards.
Meeting other clinics that refer to use and utilise our services, this will involve some travelling.
Marketing, including social media monitoring/development.
Attend and represent the practice at charity type events.
Organising meetings to include; client meetings, referring vet CPD.
You must be very organised, a good communicator, good computer and literacy skills.
We are looking for someone proactive, assertive, confident and who enjoys working with people.
The role is based at Rutland House office, hours are generally 9am-5pm Monday-Friday but some weekends and evenings are expected in order to be able to fulfil the job specification.
Training and support will be given.
